Hi, the MPG doesn't really change much, other than if you were to drive differently than before. Methanol only runs when you are boosting over 7psi range. 2gal+ tank usually lasts a month or longer. If you boost a lot, you may have to fill up more often.

Hyundai GDS/Kia KDS scanner system can't pick up any logs of flashing the ECU, as we do not touch your OEM ECU. However, it's important to note that they do consider your boltons or visual mods for blame, and claim you must have tuned the vehicle. While spare ECU tuning option is the safest route of all, the experience highly depends on how the owner brings their vehicle in for warranty/service. Make sure everything is 100% stock visual wise if you are concerned.

There's a lot of customers who have crackle & pop with oem cats. Theoretically, it can wear the cat over time, but we haven't had any customer with cat failure to this day. If you are mindful, and not abuse the pops, you should be fine.
