Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Unused and uninstalled parts may be returned. There is a 35% restocking fee on all returned parts or cancelled orders. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom made turbos/parts can not be returned. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. If this is a warranty issue please see the warranty page on pureturbos.com and refunds will be processed within two weeks.
