I've installed the stage 4 lap 3 methanol kit. Everything seems to be connected and grounded correctly in my eyes. When I test the meth, it sprays well. When I launch my vehicle, the meth is not taking. Can someone please help me with this problem?

Hey there, I’ve run into something similar before, so I’ll share a few ideas that might help. If the meth sprays properly during a test but doesn’t activate under load, it usually points to a signal or trigger issue rather than the pump or lines themselves. A few things worth double-checking:
Boost Reference Line – Make sure your meth kit’s boost reference line is properly connected and not leaking. Even a small leak can prevent the controller from activating when it should.
Controller Settings – Revisit your controller setup to confirm your start and full spray points. Sometimes the thresholds are set too high, and the system doesn’t kick in under normal launch conditions.
Wiring & Grounding – Even if everything looks fine, a weak or inconsistent ground can cause activation problems. Try moving your ground to a different clean chassis point.
Failsafe or Safety Settings – Some meth kits won’t engage if the system detects low tank level, low voltage, or a sensor issue. Make sure none of those are interfering.
If after checking these it still doesn’t work, I’d recommend data logging a run to see if the system is receiving the activation signal at all. That way, you’ll know if it’s electronic or mechanical.
By the way, while browsing for unrelated stuff I came across these cool scrub caps here: https://paradisecaps.com/collections/ponytail-scrub-cap – not related to methanol, but handy if you’re into unique gear.
Have you already tried re-routing the boost source directly from the intake manifold to rule out any solenoid or T-fitting restrictions?
