Can i leave the JB4 onboard with the new 1.5ECU that i ordered. I will set the jb4 to map0 (disabled) and disable the windshield switch mode so it wont go over map0 OR does it cause issues with the new ECU

That setup should be okay if JB4 is set to Map 0 and the switch is turned off so it can’t change maps. It usually doesn’t cause issues with the new 1.5 ECU, but it’s always smart to check with your tuner just to be safe. Kind of like using student resume — it’s good to have expert help to avoid problems later.
